Four young men make a risky investment that puts them in trouble with a ruthless mob boss. Now, they must kidnap a family member of a rival kingpin in order to erase the life-threatening debt.

Martin Scorsese was born on 17th November 1942 in Queens, New York. His directorial career began to take off in the 1970s and since then, he has won BAFTAs, Oscars, and Golden Globe Awards. Heartbreak and loss drive this film. Gabriel, a young Bolivian, falls in love with Sebastian, another young Bolivian he meets in New York. However, unable to bear the weight of the homophobic culture of his native Bolivia and feeling censored, rejected and not loved by his family, Gabriel finds in suicide how to escape that situation. After this unexpected tragedy, Sebastian and Gabriel's father, Jorge, are launched on a cultural journey and self-knowledge, where each confronts his new reality in a radically different way. Jorge, unable to comprehend his son's secret homosexual lifestyle, travels from Santa Cruz to New York in search of answers and to confront Sebastian, whom he blames for the loss suffered by his family.
