Soldier

Todd is a veteran soldier of numerous galactic conflicts and although he is one of the best, his days are drawing to a close. A new breed of engineered soldiers, unmatched in their battle expertise, stamina and ruthless capacity for killing, wipe out both of Todd's squad members and severely wounds Todd in a government ordered test. Assumed dead, Todd is dumped on a remote planet - a garbage outpost - populated only by a group of lost and forgotten pioneers who gradually nurse him back to health and teach him about life beyond the battlefield. When a battalion of the new soldiers attack the outpost, Todd is called to defend his adopted home with the help of the other inhabitants.
