Chef Rick Stein combines two of his favourite passions in this evocative celebration of the music and food of the American Deep South. Rick has loved blues music since he first encountered it in the early 1960s. Now he goes on a fascinating journey through the Mississippi Delta - the birthplace of the blues - seeking out his favourite music as well as the food that is ingrained in its heritage.
