Filmmaker Shalom Almond and her husband Osker want a baby, but because Shalom has inherited an eye disease that leads to blindness, they don't want to enter a random genetic lottery. Now modern science has thrown them a bone. It's a controversial process called Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis and it might just make them a baby with perfect eyes.
