Barrie, 75, and his son Nigel, 51, haven't seen each other in over 40 years. After Barrie's marriage to Nigel's mother ended, he was so heartbroken he didn't reach out. He now wants a relationship with his son. Jac attempted to meet her biological father, Gerry, when she was a teenager, but he let her down. She finally met him when she was in her 30s, and although they connected instantly, they're yet to forge a strong relationship. Jac wants Gerry to meet her own kids and be truly present in her life. High school sweethearts Sam and Tina ended their relationship six years ago. Sam has never explained his decision to end their relationship or the truth about his sexuality as a bisexual man. Sam wants to put their friendship back on track.
