Wynton Marsalis and John Besh are both natives of New Orleans, the birthplace of jazz and Creole cooking. Marsalis has nine Grammy Awards, and is the first jazz musician to receive the Pulitzer Prize. Inspired by Louisiana's rich culinary traditions, John Besh was awarded Food and Wine's 'Top 10 Best New Chefs in America', and the James Beard Award for 'Best Chef of the Southeast.'
