Grand Designs Revisited: Peckham
Peckham
ABC  |  July 1, 2010

When Monty Ravenscroft and Clare Loewe began looking for a house to buy in London they soon realised that the only affordable option was to build one themselves. They found a very cheap block of land in Peckham and bought it at auction, only to be told it was too small to put a house on. Undeterred, engineering-whiz Monty began building an experimental bungalow that filled the site from boundary to boundary.
