Next he visits the mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh. Known as Uncle Ho to millions of Vietnamese, he is regarded as the father of modern, independent Vietnam. The spectacular scenery of the Red River Delta around Nin Binh is the setting for a hands-versus-feet rowing race on the river. Anh goes hunting for snails, a local delicacy, then cooks them up in the traditional way. Anh ends his journey in a north-western mountain town of Sapa, where he helps out at a local school and finishes the evening at a raucous party with Hmong tribal ladies.
