The Annihilation of Bialystoker Jewry is a meticulous account of a once thriving Polish town, its 60,000 Jewish residents and their systematic destruction by the Nazis during WW2. The book was written by one of Bialystok's few survivors, Rafael Rajzner, who had lost his whole family and endured a succession of concentration camps before starting a new life in Australia after the war.
