In the slums of Buenos Aires, poor kids are used to struggling against the odds. But as Dateline video journalist David O'Shea reports, the drug paco (also known as 'poor man's cocaine'), is making life even harder for the slums' youth. The mothers of these addicts feel powerless, as it's illegal in Argentina to force an unwilling minor into rehab. So these women have joined forces, forming Mothers Against Paco, an organisation that's becoming a major power in the battle to contain the drug.
