What is an RSS Feed?
An RSS feed is an alternative way to receive free text-based information from a web site. It stands for "Really Simple Syndication" and allows you to get the latest headlines and descriptions without having to visit the site each day. EnhanceTV's RSS feeds contain only educational programs. For more info, watch this video: "RSS in plain English".
Getting started
1. Get an RSS newsreader
There are many readers available (some free) for different operating systems - click here for a list of newsreaders. Some browsers, including Firefox, Opera and Safari, automatically check for feeds for you when you visit a website and display an icon when they find one, so you don't need to download newsreader software for those. Click here for detailed information on installing and using RSS Feeds.
2. Subscribe to RSS feed
Drag the URL of your selected feed into your news reader or cut and paste the same URL into a new feed in your news reader.
